Royal Château of Amboise, A Royal Christmas for the Animals: Queen Anne's many pets — big cats, a baby giraffe, ostriches and colourful birds — hold their own Christmas celebrations at the château, joined by their friends from the park and forest. Candlelit visits by reservation on 12, 26 and 29 December.

Château de Chenonceau, Christmas & Traditions from Around the World: the spirit of Christmas and the memories of childhood, whether in France, Britain, the Americas, Iceland or Japan… brought to life through Chenonceau's extraordinary floral displays, with a Viennese Ball in the Grand Gallery.
